alright so i know all you stunters are known for makin up your own custom shorty pipes.... i really wanna cut mine down some, but im really nervous about taking cutting on a nice 2 bros titanium, and i really dont want to have to retune the power commander... any ideas?? will i def. have to retune, or should i just leave it alone????

Chop chop.  It took balls for me to do mine... but I love the sound, and have no real performance issues I can tell of.  When you put it back together, leave the baffling material in.

The sound is a bit more raspy, but not obnoxious and it looks sick.
If you're using an online map, don't even worry about it.  Those maps are way off anyways.  Only way to get a perfect setup is to build a custom map with each engine mod.

i was going to get si subcage but they look kinda goofy on f4is so i think i going to get omr, i just dont like that he paints them and not powdercoat

I know most people dont like D&D but I cut my can the other day and I love it.

well its kinda deeper bellow at idle and low rpms but its not really that much louder to me at high rpms then the long D&D was.  might just be me.

has anyone ever attempted to cut a high mount? Or would it look retarded? I have Devil HM and was interested but need opinions!!!

honestly I would not cut down a high mount it would look pretty jacked up. if you have your stock midpipe, put it on and cut your exhaust. here is the 929 with 6" cut off the two bros.

I would cut about 4" off the front of that devil exhaust, however i would not do more than that or it would look a bit goofy.

I ride a double R so I dont really deal with this. But out of curiosity, How do you guys do this? Do you really just cut the can to the length you want then put the tip back on and mount it?
