hey everyone i strongly urge you to never puy carbon fiber parts...i recently purchased and installed Lockart Phillips carbon werks front and rear fenders...at $250 apiece they were rather costly and after i got them home and started trying to install them i was not at all pleased...they are single layer flimsy and the mounting holes are not anywhere near where they should be...i had to do do some drilling on brand new pricey fenders and was not happy about it at all...for the cost they are just not worth it...aside from that they look pretty sweet...but i have a feeling after a while they will chip and crack and the resin will come off and then i'm left with fabric flapping in the wind

That sucks! I hate these assholes that sell crap saying it will bolt on to stock mounts.
I recently purchased a 2 piece chain guard for my 954 and the holes lined up OK, but the guard partially covers one of the fender mount holes. Not a big deal, just not what should be.
Has anyone bought the "Art" carbon rear fender. Seen them on line for a $179 but it now price.
Have seen some other new CF rears won for around $65.00.
Thanks for tip on the Lockhart crap.

Rich

LP carbon fiber is crap. evolution composites in the uk is top notch. uk c.f. is the best you can buy. its a little $$$ but its worth it. i have sold alot of their stuff with NO complaints.
