i just found a spray paint that almost looks like the stock finish on the frame. it is a textured paint from home depot. all i did was take some scotch brite pad and rough the pegs up, wipe them clean then sprayed them. look almost like the frame. dont think it will hold upas long as powder coat will but cost lots less. rust olium textured paint in black. i will try to get pics in the am when they are fully dry(i just painted them this afternoon)

you can do both, most places will powder coat your passanger pegs for about 30.00 dollars. I just got a quote on mine for my F4i for 30.

The guy took too long so I took them off and spraypainted them myself for 1dollar.

coming from a guy who has 95% of his bike powder caoted and his pegs sprayed black i can tell you this. If no one is really going to use them often and you dont mind respreaing them every so often just spray paint them but they will chip.

Powder done right and done well will last a lifetime and is amazing stuff i swear by it, my rims and entire frame are powder coated. +11000000 on the quality and duriabilty.

but my spray painted pegs look the exact same, but they will chip .
