download manual: http://www.cbrextreme.com/forum/index.php?board=9.0 as for the cams, you don''t need to drop the engine, just remove the stuff above it (tank, airbox, etc) and then unbolt the valve cover. be sure to buy new valve cover gasket when you do this.
