They look straight to me, but when I ride it, the handlebars seem like they're turned slightly to the right. I'm not sure whether it's the forks or the clipons twisted on the fork or something else. The bike is a '96 F3. It had light damage on the right side when I bought it.

Also, in the link posted in the sticky post above says there is a difference between the forks being twisted and being bent. What's the difference?

ya i know what you are talking about I once had the same problem on an F4 but sold it
it still went straight but you could see the wheel and handle bars weren't aligned when straight

cant help you there
