i have a 99 cbr 900rr. and whenever i drag race i cant stay up on the tank. my butt just slides all the way to the back of the seat and the front end gets real light to where i dont even want to open her up all the way. i will try hardening my suspension before my next time out but does anyone have any ideas or tricks to stick behind me. the stupidest idea i could come up with would to be strap a pillow to the second half of my seat. but that looks so stupid.
any ideas
thanks

idk if it helps but when my buddy races at the strip on his gsxr 600 he rachet straps his front end so that the suspension is fully compressed and it sits super low then he softens hsi rear shock so when he takes off all the weight is transfered to his rear tire and he wont spin... but... the front end still comes up when he opens her up all the way... thats what you get when you have a bike though. i would say either extend your swingarm and lower it or just keep humping that tank!!

I used skateboard grip tape. It will keep you from sliding in your seat. How ever you do want some weight transfer to the back wheel so don't stiffen up the suspention too much. Is your bike streched or lowered? Straping the front end down will help you keep the front on the ground. Not so much for helping you slide in the seat. Skateboard grip tape you can find for about $6.00. for a 3ft sheet.
