DUNNO WHAT HAPPENED THERE??
Anyway, check the hose clamps, I just had a YZF1000 and had a small leak, turned out it was just a loose hose clamp..tighten it and PRESTO!!! leak was gone
The the next week I had it happen again...foung out the hose was old and starting to crack at the clamp, so I replaced the hose and now it has not leaked since!!

That will just depend on how much room you have...you can loosen the radiator mounts and move the radiator without draining it if you are careful
