05 f4i:  curious what the cruising temperature should be in general.  At higher speeds or should I say at constant movement it is lower.  Lower speeds, say if I was to cruise slow or be stuck in traffic (stop and go) it rises.  I want to make sure it is running at a normal temperature at lower/stop and go speeds.  200+ is what it can get to with fan kicking in.

Normal, read previous threads. (like some even today)
180-200 while moving, 200-225 in traffic.  Above 225 and no fan = problem with switch or fan. Above 225 with fan and temp won't go down at all = stuck thermostat, low coolant, or blown head gasket.

The F4i is designed to run hotter. In town 200+, highway 178.
