200 lbs is nothing as long as your suspension is set up right.

my buddy mike is way faster than me, and he''s probably pushing 300lbs with gear. (on an ''07 600rr)

the running joke is that he and his bike are approaching a 1:1 weight ratio.

i''ve seen dudes bigger than him in the "advanced" group.  just be sure to hang off more ;)  you''ll be braking earlier, and accelerating more mass, so carrying corner speed matters that much more.

yeah I dont have any problems, I''m about 230-240, and i fit perfect into a dainese izalco suit, xframe and steel suits sz 58. You just have to find a setup that you feel most comfortable on. even though i''m still loosing weight 200+ shouldn''t be a problem.

Hey...sk8rat..  I had the (2) piece joe Rocket gp something..size 50 and now I have the Moto GP full suit leather suit that seems to fit a lot better..in my opinion its just a overall better suit fitment and quality.

6''5" 280lbs here.....

Suspension is the biggest issue when your huge.

Definately need an aftermarket setup although the stocker with adjustments will work for a fun day, you will definately be faster with a custom setup however.
