So last night me and a few friends decided to go to the Pavillions in Scottsdale. They have allot of cars, trucks, bikes etc...Kindfa like cruizing use to be.

WEll 2 people flaked out and it was a day

My bike had been in the shop for the last 3 weeks getting work done to it..Cam advence change, stage 3 jet kitt, new headset carb clean and sync...I show up put the uppers on and thail section and WTF the bike wont start ****...we go through everything and still no fire....after 4 hours I change the battery and vroom vroom... I get it back to my shop and put her back togather...

I missed 2 of my sons wrestling match, and football game **** what a bad dad!

I get home and 2 friends flake out so its jst me and Zack http://www.cbrforum.com/showprofile.asp?memID=25447
Meet up at a gas station (he now has a GSXR 600) Gas up and on out way

out of no where my bike starts loading up WTF man at anything above 7 grand NP but below tahat its like shit. (above 7 grand its a handfull) the problem is internittant so we go on. We stop at STMPO racing to get some swag and bolt to the Pav's.

Matt one of my buddies meets us there. we walk around talk to a few people and all the bikes look the same polished, painted lights like rolling whore houses...the bike that got our attention was a old 1989 CBR 600 all stock sweet and this tiger stripped RC51 with a single exhaust.

we leave and meet up with a few other riders (the RC 51 was one) and cruise around town. me and the Rc had a few goes but no where we could really get on it. So we are about a mile from the freeway and the RC goes lets hit the F way with a wink. I was all over it new tune bikes still acting up but im game so the whole mile I am in 2nd pulling 7 to keep it from loading up...we hit the on ramp

1st gear wide open wholly shit front tire is off the ground a foot everything to hold it down 11K shift no clutch
2nd gear font end back up about 10 K it settled down  and then bang
3rd gear front is light hit the white strip and zzzbang asphalt and the front jumps up about 4 inchs I look back and the RC is way back so shift to 6th and slow way down for everyone to catch up

we rode a little they had no idea where they were going and were cutting traffic so we pulled off and  turned around

Well Zack is a new rider se we road back mellow that was the night. BOORING

Next time we will hit some twisties instead and Zack was a blast to ride with I even let him take the beast for a ride got some pics of it stickered up also

She runs to about 11,300 then shift with the cams she ahs in her its scary above 7500rpm but the ride was awesome and its nice riding with someone you trust (Zack)

I hate riding with people that want to ride side by side and dont pay attention and you have to always look for them or if you get it a little they have to try and get it all the way or etc...

anyhow yea it was fun I think I lost a plug or 2 :)

Hell yeah I had a great time riding with you man. I don't think a lot of people realize the time/work/effort put into your bike. I got a chance to ride it and it runs great and looks awesome. A lot of people don't really get a chance to see older bikes out there but man it's a great bike and the carbon work on it is amazing. The carbon work on the gas tank is soo impressive, it's only one piece of carbon fiber and it contours the shape of the tank. Really amazing bike.
