My buddy has an 07 1000rr and he just installed his yosh. CF full exhaust, and now when he rides it it dies and cuts out.  We are both guessing its cause he needs a PC3 baaad...just wanted your alls opinion..bike also has 520 conversion and K&N filters... any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

From what Ive read here you should have him take the K&N's off. And go with another brand (BMC filters). The K&N filters hurt performance.

Well we figured out what was causing it...When he replaced some plastics on it, he put the pengilum(sp?) on upside down thats under the front cowl, so full throttle would cause the bike to die....from what the shop here said it happens quite often... he also returned the K & N's and got the bmc full race filters...it ran fine after that, but he went ahead and got a PC and it's getting strapped on the dyno for tuning today

Nice numbers. How did the bike sound with the full exhaust?
