is this a good deal.
1997 Honda Cbr f3. Only has 16K. This is a very solid bike. Also has brand Michlen Pilot in the rear. Runs very smooth. Bike does have some light cosmetic damage.

he wants 2500 obo.

Sounds good. Wish I would have low balled the guy I got my bike from. I might have been able to pick it up for 500 less.

i paid 2500 for my f3. mint condition, 12k, only needed a new R/R...price seems a little high for that bike.

Dude that's a barely $2K bike.  I would offer $1800 if I liked how it sounded as it sits.  Wouldn't pay more than $2000 at all, though.  Just MO.

Don't know if you've bought and sold many bikes, but act like it's no big deal man.  You do this every weekend. 

"Here's $1900, no?  Well I'm only willing to spend $1900 and the seasons just here so I'll just keep looking, thanks for your time though buddy, have a good one.  Bye."

He won't let you leave his driveway.  ALSO - ONLY PUT $1800 in one pocket, the rest in another.  Whip it out and hold it there when you decide to make the offer.  If he doesn't bite, put it in your pocket and thank him for his time.
