I ordered my Pazzo levers over 3 weeks ago only to have them show up today...THE WRONG COLOR!!!

Tha bastards...first they delay my order 'cuz they neglected to check my extensive order history with them and therefore didn't know that I had a "verified address"...then they send me BLACK levers with BLUE adjusters...when I ordered BLUE levers with BLACK adjusters.

(sigh)

I don't have time to spend shipping these back to them, waiting another month in the hopes that they get it right this time, so I'm gonna keep 'em and use 'em.

But no more business for Kneedraggers.com for me.

That sucks.   I would definately throw a fit to their customer service.  They should at least refund some of your money for the mixup.

I would definitely call them, be polite and explain their situation and simply say that you will not be doing business with them again. See what their response is.

Kneedraggers sucks.  Their shipping is through the roof.  On their website they ask for about three times as much for shipping as other companies like solomotorsports and motorcycle superstore.  I've never bought from them and probably never will.

I agree, they suck! Their shipping prices are more than others and it takes forever to get what you ordered...they have to ship it to their deleware warehouse before they send it to ya. I'm still waiting on a puig windscreen I ordered on 5-17.

Kneedragers suck. They miss-shipped me. On good faith I shipped the item back to them because they said they would send me the correct item.Weeks went by and they never sent the corrected merchandise kept saying it was on its way.I would call them and they would openly mock me they refused to credit my credit card even though they received the merchandise back.I finally filed a claim with Better business bureau. This finally got my money back.Kneedragers are nothing more 2 bit thugs

Got my Pazzo's from Jump1979Man there at www.riverwayracing.com. Things worked like clockwork and I got exactly what I ordered. No complaints. (Other than the site messing up on me for a bit, but I can't hold that against them. )

Kneedraggers also screwed up my sliders, missing a whole bolt.....then they sent me another puck instead of the bolt when i complained...so i called shoguns myself and got it replaced...you might also try motomummy.com  they are reasonably priced on most things or tobefast.com

Holy shit....now you guys got me all worried now.
I just bought a set of vortex sprockets, and they have been shipped already.
Crossing my fingers and hoping I will get the right parts.
I guess it would be more difficult for me to return them, cause I''m ordering from Canada.

Damn it!!
