Well you replaced all the moving parts except for the bearings. Guess take a look at them. Put your bike on a front stand and spin the wheel if you hear clicking the bearings are probably dead, also check for lateral movement again if you get some it's bad news for the bearings. Good news is that they are cheap. I guess also check the calipers to make sure they're not loose.

Well at least you solved part of the problem : you don't feel that pulse sensation ... wich means you did have a problem to either rotors or pads.
Bearings could indeed be something to look at next.
I realize we did not ask you what kind of vibration you're feeling. You feel them when riding, in your the clip-ons, right ? When vibrating, do you feel like your clip-ons are going left to right or up and down (more likely back and forth) ?

thats the first thing he replaced, so unless he got a new,warped set of rotors which is possible but extremely unlikley the problem is somewhere else, im with everyone else on this, bearings seem to be the only thing left.

CBR900RR -> RE: vibration problem (6/10/2008 6:45:50 AM)

just got the wheel back from the machine shop, and its nothing wrong with it,he did measure the wheel with and wihtout the rotors and its all fine

when front wheel is in the air with calipers off, there is no bad sound when i spinn the wheel

i did again chek the wheel bearing and its fine
did put on a new tire and got it balanced
rotors and pads are only one week old

i feel a vibration still only when braking,but no pulsing,if i pull a smal stoppie and take off again the brakes makes a nasty sound in the begining, then it goes away...
if i roll down a hill and turn engine off, i hear something wrong even with no braking

eny idea''s  help plz...
