many ?'s - 5/6/2008 4:23:58 PM    RYDINRED929 Posts: 91 Joined: 1/23/2007 Status: offline to start off, i took my bike to the shop because of running problems and it ended up being so bad that it had trouble starting.  I called the shop and the guy said he had never seen anything like it, there are sparks shooting from under the tank.  he said he re-grounded everything and it still did it! anybody seen anything like this or have any idea what could be wrong? it is a honda dealer btw so i figured they know what they are doing, i know i know, they dont all, but i had to take the chance b/c i couldnt figure it out Post #: 1

I got it back today, they said they chased all the electricity back to a ground to the frame and all of the electricity was running straight back through the wiring harness! re grounded it and its fixed!
