So I have read the articles that explain all about suspension, terms, etc. It may as well have been in German. I am lost. I want to set up my suspension, but don't really know what to do. I am 5'10" about 170/175lbs w/gear on, and ride only on the street-no track. I am looking for a suspension set-up for someone like me who is learning to push my bike, but not get thrashed by every bump. I have never adjusted my suspension, just always rode it with the stock settings. Any suggestions or advice? Anyone running a similar set-up?

I appreciate the help, but I can't open the file with my computer. Anywhere else I can read it?

Oh wait........... if I may I have a link that will point you to it, but it is my file. It just happens to be on the RRzone.

If I have violated any rules let me know I will remove the link.
