Hey guys, what size sprocket in the rear are you running. Stock it shows 15/43 if I'm reading it right(final drive ratio?). My bike has a 15/48, seems to low, I do alot of highway riding. What you guys think? What about a 45?

Why not stick with stock? Works good on highways, rpms arent too high

I'm running stock in the rear and -1 up front.  When it comes time to swap out, I'm going stock in the front and +2 in the rear, which should be roughly the same (correct?).

Thanks alot, I think I'm going to try stock, but if 7k at 70 is ok then maybe also get a 45 to try that. This is my first bike, I have to try and stop thinking car. thesse like the RPMs huh? Thanks for the input.

I just wanted to check and see what my speed was at 7k RPM. My speedometer indicates that I'm going 90 mph, but the actual speed according to my GPS is 84 MPH. I'm running the stock gearing of 15/43 and that's quite a bit different from 70 at 7K.

Huh, in 6th I'm usually at about 70 at 7k. I'll check today for sure, but I'm 95% on that.

EDIT: with stock 15/43 gearing
