hello everyone,

I'm Alex from Guelph, Ontario, Canada [1 hr west of Toronto]. I just bought my first bike today.... 4 hours ago! a 2005 CBR 600RR w/ 6600kms. Never been on a street bike before, so this is my starter. I'm excited to learn, taking a course in 2 weeks. Just wondering if there any other riders that are on this forum near my area, from novice to experts, just to get an idea of what and who might be out there.

i'm sure i'll have lots of questions, so thanks in advance for your patience.

Welcome Alex :-) .. just always ride with what feels comfortable and never exceed YOUR comfort zone ... check out my corner fast don't crash post ... counter steering is gospel :-)
