87 Hurricane build - 5/11/2008 11:00:15 PM    tripicana   Posts: 13 Joined: 11/16/2007 Status: offline hello all,  I've finaly dedicated my time and resources to the reconstruction of my 1987 CBR600 Hurricane.  The project began almost a year ago as a mostly complete, backet case bike.  I went through it, got the engine running, and its been taking up space in the garage since.  I completely stripped it down, and will swap everything over to a titled frame. I all ready have alot of questions, and i will try to keep them in this post.  I was thinking of media blasting my rims, will the bare aluminum be a problem? unfinished spokes with a polished lip, will it need to get clearcoated? here she is, awaiting assembly Post #: 1
