ive got billet switch gear for my 954, but the 2/3 throtle setup requires the removal of the decel cable..
ive been told that the throtle body flaps have a tendency to stick open, therefore the decel cable removal is not adived..
so has this happend to anyone one here?

I haven't had any issues with throttle sticking on mine and it has about 65000 miles on it. It gets ridden in the rain and I'm not always the nicest to her! But if this kit removes the closing cable on your TB then that is fine. It isn't suggested but hey as long as you are cool under pressure and you know that there is a kill switch next to your finger and you are able to use it, if something were to ever catch you off guard. Also you'll have to monitor your throttle ease more closely. If it starts to get hard and maybe the grip is sliding over and rubbing against bar end...make sure a sticky or slow returning throttle is taken care of immediately without a closing cable. I hope this was helpful
