I don't know about Gill, but I wouldn't buy a 1000RR because its ugly and uncomfortable.

The 1000F is beautiful and comfy.

Yeah, I certianly wouldnt want to do a long haul on a 1000RR.  The seat looks like a washboard and your ass would be pretty sore.  I drove one on a test ride one time and swore I'd never get on one again......and my friend rides a F4i and its even worse!

I don't know how some guys can stand those uncomfortable seats. And I think it's way worse going from a nice seat like the 1000F has, to something else. If you don't know how a seat is supposed to feel, you just kind-of get used to the pain, I guess.

Oh, and for Luis, I can't believe you used duct tape on a leaky fuel line.....don't you know that's what gorilla tape is for? Gorilla tape is like regular duct tape on steroids. I have a roll hidden at work for emergencies.
