Here is a very nice Icon Helmet. This was my backup helmet and I only wore it when I would ride with my girlfriend.( she has the saint). I wore it about 6 times and decided that it is just too small for me. I always wore a skull cap with it so it doesn't come with any free funk inside. The shell is in excellent condition with no scratches or scrapes. comes with bag. size large. Here are some specs:
* Dyneema/fiberglass composite shell for strength. * Super-vent Venturi cooling system. * Secondary Ram-Air forehead vent. * Fully removable/washable cheekpads. * Internal on/off cheek exhaust switch offers control of escaping air. * Removable molded breath deflector reduces shield fogging. * Optically correct polycarbonate, 7-position shield offers safe, clear vision and easy no-tool replacement system. * Less than 5,000 produced.

...for a xs or s. The large and xl are very hard to find. Also, shipping on this helmet is about 30 dollars. So my price is not far off of your unsolicited statment.
