I was invited down here by Pete (Shadow) so thought I'd drop in and say hello :-) Anyway I have a CBR600 F3 ... Love the colour scheme.... I'm half way through restoring a 93 CBR1000F. A guy bought it to New Zealand from Australia and gave up on it. I am a new rider as of last year and this forum has been extremely helpful. I learned about countersteering reading a post by Mikekop (thanks!)  http://www.cbrforum.com/m_331942/tm.htm  I had a hard time computing it in my mind, then I tried it and it clicked. Whether you would beat a good rider on my '87 is another question entirely. Welcome. Oh, I'll post pics of my bike as soon as I get the new windshield on it.
