Just thought I'd warn a few of ya if you end up needing fairings for a 99-00 CBR600F4. I ordered an upper cowl from 231973bikes on ebay, had it painted, and when mounting time came no mounts for the induction system at all, and the holes for said system were way out of spec. The other mounting holes for He offered a refund when I called but I'm sure I'm not the only guy who has bought this part from them hoping it was a good replacement, yet they still sell them. They also say that they are ready to paint, mine needed some filler and more primer. They still have them listed on ebay even after I told them they wont work. Hopefully I can save someone some hassle and prevent the purchase and have some beinefit from my mistake. I feel like an idiot, I forgot to check his feedback wheres theres a bunch of neutral and neg for fitting of products.

thers a lot of guys like that out there...gotta watch out.

Good luck finding a nicer cowl.

I bought the exact same fairing for mine Yes it sucks balls, I had to cut the headlamp tabs they put on off the fairing and I epoxied some wood blocks in the right place and then fiber glassed over them, there were no air tube mounts or mounts for the dash peace to bolt to, they didnt use any flex in the primer so it cracks and the holes for the mirrors were in the wrong spot but, I made mine work. still ante painted it yet but Its been on the bike for a coulple of months now.

They're taking it back and I just ordered the right one ($ouch!). Its enroute to them as we speak, I'll keep ya posted as to the refund and all. I told them it doesn't work and yet they still list them, thats why I'm warning everyone.
