i just got an ipod to listen to instead of the wind all the time, but the head phones when i go to put on my helmet come off or slip out of place or whatever they do it pisses me off. what is a good fix to this. THANKS

a tighter helmet?

try a bandanna or something.

You also might want to try some of these different style headphones.





You can find some nice quality headphones like this at most stores.

Are they coming loose trying to put the helmet on, or when u r in the helmet.  If they are loosening up in the helmet, def helmet might not be right size.  But if it occurs putting it on, try holding the chin straps wide apart so they force some of the padding down and put your ears with the plugs in that way.  might give you less friction in trying to get them through.  Thats the way I do it and it works prefect.  Good Luck Bro

Try the JVC HA-FX66 earphones. Great sound quality and only $25 at Circuit City. They fit more IN the ear and work great with helmets.
I also found them to be very comfortable and I have no problem riding fo hours with them in.

i havent used my ipod as of yet, but tried em w helmet on at home, all seems well, however when i remove helmet i thought my ears were going to rip off ill def look for some better earphones

Trust me on this. These are still the BEST sounding headphones that I have ever owned (even compared to my $100 Shure earphones). Even if they don''t work for you in your helmet, you will still be happy you bought them. But I am pretty sure that these will work for you.
