Do these actually add horsepower or is it gonna hurt my bike..

wellllllllllll....according to CRBNFBR, he says they hurt your power, he is on a F4i, im on a F4 and did really notice much, but yea there is some air leakage, I can make you one if you would like for 45$, it is the exact same as the one your looking at on ebay cause i have bought one from them
