My fuel pump died

Hey guys my fuel pump died. I put on a universal one on because the stock one would have taken too long to get. Anyway the low pressure pump I put on is not working well with my carbs . Has anyone ever gravity feed there huricane? Is there a loss in performance?

i've heard gravity feed will work but that at higher speeds the pump is needed. you can use pump from f2 if you are looking for a replacement.
