yep, I broke 5 ribs in my accident last year, they still feel funny but you get used to it. Wait at least 6 weeks so that they dont get hurt again and then start doing weights. Its going to hust lake a bitch but it will give you your mobility back, and after feeling that pain, moving about normally is going to feel like nothing.
