i have a 929rr, can anyone tell me what size nut is on the rear axle, i used the tool in my tool kit to take it off but i need to tork it when i put it back on but dont know the size. i looked at an oem web site thinking i could get the size there, they said it was a 22mm then i thought i would check on the replacement tool kit to maybe get a size and it said it was a 32mm, any help would be great.

wow someone that actually uses a torque wrench...ha ha ha its closer to 32mm than 22mm i personally use a 3/4inch rachet set and i know the socket is over 1" 25mm=1" and i just crank it down...i mean not balls out but you really can't over tighten it there are all the spacers in there so you can't squash anything

had to tighten my chain today 1 1/4" socket works perfectly and with the 2 foot wrachet i tighten it enough to lift the back end of the bike up n then give it one good snug crack

hey guys,, thanks for the help, i normaly wouldnt say this in front of anyone but i will anyway just incase someone else has this issue. after 3 days tring to figure out the right size, i looked at the wrench from my tool kit and it said yamaha on it. my brother was working on his r6 at the same time and put his in my tool bag. i finally got the honda shop on the phone and he said man, why dont you just flip the wrench over and it will tell you, after getting my wrench i looked and yep there it was, a number 32 as big as the side of the wrench. when i put the wrench on it, it calls for 86 ftp and it was about 110 ftp so i left it, i just like it to be right you know but thanks for the input.
