Probably less than 600, as he cant keep the front end down at 150mph. He'd get slaughtered by a mid 10second car. All that power doesnt do him shit if he cant keep it from coming up. I dont think it takes 600hp to beat a 600cc bike either. There are damn few riders that are going to get there 600 to 11.0. I have yet to see one personally. A bike stands a better chance of beating a real drag car from a roll on of 30mph or so. A fast car can 60' in the 1.5-1.65 range. Good luck launching a street bike that fast. You'll need a wheelie bar and damn sure lowered and strapped. And again, most people riding a bike cant do even a 1.80 on their bike. You just lost .3 out of the hole. Going to be pretty hard to make up. But for the origional topic..........rice burners are funny to wax. Supra's on the other hand.........I dont know, they are some fast, sneaky cars when built right, even stock they're pretty impressive. Here's a 1000CC Yamaha having a hard time with a 10 second Firebird. http://videos.streetfire.net/category/Bikes+%5e%5e+ATV/67/871d5441-a93c-40de-90bf-edd40f4abd50.htm And a 900RR getting smoked by ........ http://videos.streetfire.net/category/Bikes+%5e%5e+ATV/61/b0661e65-06c7-41e0-b52b-148e0cd08d67.htm

im a car guy and a bike guy.. some of the guys in there cars are just jelouse and want to see what you can do.. others are stupid, and there are few with the power to play with ya.. my room mate has a del osl that walked om my buddys 911 tt x50 racing pakage.. that is a 12.2 sec car.. so there are cars out there.. i agree that most of the civics are just "rice burners" but there are some of us who are seriouse about it.. my d serties honda now revs ot 8500 rpm. i built it up and its fun.. so dont under estimate the cars, but hey if you think you can get a good laugh, go ahead and fly buy that civic that sounds like a bee hive.. hell blow b y me and i will just give you a thumbs up..

In the end it's apples and oranges. I like fast cars and fast bikes. Most of the cars that can "take" a bike in the 1/4 will get their ass handed to them up top because they've been geared to go fast in the 1/4. Easier to get traction with two big fat tires than just one so you can launch easier with no fear of flipping. As far as a bike against a "real drag car" ... no way. Last time I went to the track (only a 1/8th) there were rail cars that were turning from middle 3s to low 4s. The reason I like bikes better, and particularly the 1kRR, is because pound for pound you get so much more. My partner at work has a nicely built stang that's fast but can't touch me in the 1/8 or 1/4. Can't touch me on top end either. Now let's talk twisties ... well, you get the drift. There are cars that can out handle, top end or 1/4 mile better than a stock liter bike but I haven't seen one that'll do 2 out of the 3.
