Hi,

I recently got my self a Cbr600rr-5, and have started to notice that there is a
Distinct rattling sound from the engine.

But it can only be heard when the engine temperature is below 50c
And it only starts to rattle at 3,000 rpm or above.  I always warm the engine up first now days - at least when possible.  As soon as it is above 50c there is no rattling at all and the engine sounds perfect, the exhaust always chucks out grey/white smoke when I first start up in the morning but presume this is perfectly normal.

I am no Mechanic so don’t know if this is normal or requires some attention?

If the engine rattles a bit when cold, but is fine when it's up to it's operating temperature, that sounds about normal. You are always supposed to warm your bike up to operating temperature before riding it (or ride it very conservatively until it is warmed up to operating temp). This means not revving the engine while cold either. But a have you properly checked the oil level yet?

As for the grey/white smoke, is it cold where you are right now, or is it warm? Because if it's cold and that's just exhaust steam/water vapor (what cars do in the cold weather as well) then you should be fine. But if you are emitting an actual "smoke" then I would take it in to have it checked. Unless it's water vapor or steam, white smoke is usually a sign that the engine is burning water or coolant.

Another way to tell if you have a major problem is to drain the oil and check it for water or coolant. But I would probably do an oil change anyway just because you just got the bike, and you can start fresh.
