    Hi to everyone.I am a new member in your Forum before two weeks i bought a used 2004 cbr 1000.To the techical specifications i read the words  (If adjustable, lowest setting)Does anyone know how lower the seat can be?
And if this effect to the geometry of motorbike.

Sorry for the bud English i need a little time and i will be better

yes, if you lower your bike it will handle worse. and about 2 -3 inches is as far as you can lower it.

Thanks a lot

i didh;t mean so much 2-3 inches, for me it will be enough 0.5 inch =1,5 cm. and only with te help of seat........

You can take the seat apart and shave a 1/2'''' of foam off it if thats all you need.

Seat is already cardboard as it is... i wouldn''t shave any off unless you already have rock hard butt crack.
