Ok befor i do all this i for got to tell everyone that when i took the old one off who ever had it befor me had the m and b switched and it was working , do this have anything to do with it or dos it even matter what letter gos were. thanks again.

Ok so i hooked up the starter relay the way its suppose to be and i went to the wire it up like it showed in the diogram an now the bike gets power and everything is ok but my ignition switch with the key dos not work the bike gets power if the battery is hooked up or not. what could this be when i got the bike the switch worked just fine but the starter relay was backwards and not hooked up right , anyone got any ideas

Ok i hooked it up the way it should go and swaped the two wires in front of the fuse ones y/g for the g/r and hooked up the battery it started to smoke up , so now the bike gets power only when battery hooked up and temp on the gauges shoots up to hot and between the off and on position the lights dim and get brighter. let me know what you guys think. now that im giving you good info on my problem.

ok the fuse blew on the relay , i think im put it back to the way the guy befor me had it backwards if i can remember how, lol

did you say you took your r/r off? i diddnt read everything but might that be a issue?

no i said i took the rr off and cut the plug off and wired up my self g on top r on bottom three yellow on top top i think i got that right. maybe what u guys think.

TY Sproutf3 I had the Red an Green wire on the RR swaped backwards and i fixed the problem no time, thanks everyone. I still need a Black box and spark is the last problem. Let me know if anyone has one for sale ASAP. Thanks again , Im GETTING Higher , Closer to my dream
