There are elgibility requirements for ROTM . You cannot nominate anyone you want.
I am pretty sure that being a member is one of them.

I say no. It''s not Wong''s bike. Does this mean I could win ROTM again if I take a picture of my buddie''s bike too? No hard feelings about it, but just because isn''t not "written" the rules, doesn''t mean it doesn''t imply it.

I''ll nominate ta8218. Not only is it a really great looking bike, he must be pretty modest when speaking of 50 hours of work done to the bike. That amount of work would take me at least 200 hours, and that''s if I had any clue about how to fabricate fiberglass!
