Before you take any more pics, please ride the p*ssy strips down to a respectable size: 1/2" or less

OK..I got the bike on Thursday and it has been raining non stop until Wednesday, so I only had less than 100 miles..I will "scrub" my tires in this weekend..also I will take pictures of the sliders today and post them as well... And the are not " p*ssy" strips. I call them "Chicken Strips"

Ha ha -- you say po-tay-toe I say p*ussy Just like chicken - -good eatin' I'll give ya a pass though. Lately, I know what you mean about the rain. The weatherdude still says we have a deficit but I can't figure out how.

How much protection does that slider really offer? I mean if you lowside at say 30mph will your plastics really stay in one piece? How much does it cost?

That slider does stick out enough to keep most the bike off the ground and it will not cause the bike to do somersaults if it were to slide off the pavement, plus I did NOT HAVE TO CUT THE FAIRING!! YEAH!! and the slider kit retails for $119.95 ( like all that have the "street" or no cut design)
