When I bleeded mine i ran in the same trouble, you need to unconect the hose at the cylinder lever, bleed the cylinder, once that is fine, reconnect the hose and bleed with the cable, there might be some dirt in there, it took me an hour to carry it trough and get rid of all the grit...

where is the bolt hose at the cylinder level?? how do i bleed with it taken off?

I''ve bleed brakes and the clutches on my cars multiple times and I''ve never had any issues.  I don''t understand why the clutch isn''t staying firm

Am I supposed to be able to disengage the clutch by pulling it in with just my pointer/middle finger?  The clutch completely disengages shortly after you pull it in
