Complete teardown and frame shaving, Motor casting shaving- if it wasnt structural it got removed, swing arm shaving, fairing shaving and trimmed, custom billit parts, lighter rims, cut down titanium exhaust and header, lighter racing rims, 520 chain conversion, rear peg removal, cargo hold down pins removed, undertail kit, shaver blinkers, lighter racing suspention- front and back, lighter racing levers and pegs, no sliders, no bar ends or spools, replaced the overflow tank with a smaller and way lighter unit, all unnecessary bolts and parts were removed.  I cant remember everything that was done, but i do remember it took a really long time and alot of money to hit that weight...

I just dynoed mine  and got some nice numbers...the tech said i had a nasty flat spot at 3k and could use a custom tune. But my bikes running better than it ever has and 150hp/72ftlbs is good enough for me

Jesus, numbers like that are starting to make me think my bike is a dud.

Not all dyno''s are the same. And weather, climate and humidity have alot to do with your readings.I had mine dyno''ed @ 129.65 hp with 77'' lbs torque, the mechanic told me that to get an accurate reading everything had to be perfect.Perfect is roughly 1.8x your initial test(129.65x1.8=152.987)So if you get low numbers use this to figure out your true hp.

I must be reading your math wrong because 129.65x1.8=233.37   .... for some reason I don''''t think that is right :)

Your math came out to 1.18 ...but still where are you getting this figure from? These bikes only make 151HP at the crank stock, so there is no way they are putting that at the wheel

All this talk about power is making me want a tune! I dont know where to get one here in Colorado. I have only heard of 2 shops that do it for bikes.
I have looked all over for aftermarket cams to drop in my bike and I cant seem to find them. I have checked Erion, google and looked on Egay as well.
Does anyone here actually have cams other then stock?

I think he was talking about break horsepower. But I could be wrong. However, his assumption would be correct for break numbers so I''''ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Just realised this is way off topic and want to apologize. Good hunting for the HP!
