i find when i down shift at a stop into first it sometimes doesn''t click into gear. i hafta roll the bike then it slips in. i blip when i downshift.. is my clutch going??

no, try shifting before you come to a complete stop. Otherwise you gotta do what you are doing to get the gear to engage. It''s normal. It''s the mechanics of how gears work.

pretty sure its normal, my bike and all my friends bikes do it if you dont shift before coming to a stop

try just revving it a bit n then try to put it in gear. Bike trannies arent syncronized like a cars tranny is. So a clunk here n there is normal.

i got ya but i explained wrong i guess..wats happening is that i''m alredy in netrual at a stop, and then wen i go to shif into first it sometimes doesn''t click into first then i hafta roll it or keep stomping, or disengage the clutch a little then it slips in

normal, I rarely take mine out of gear at stop lights. But I have had the same thing happen b4.

I''ve heard of this happening to, but try to get in the habit of leaving it in gear incase of an accident behind you or a car going to fast to stop!

normal.

same thing happens if your in a high gear (4th, 5th, 6th) and come to a stop with the clutch in

you have to slip the clutch a little to get it to pop into the next lowest gear.

It is normal. Just slip the clutch slightly and roll the bike at the same time and it slips right in. Like Redrider, I try to leave mine in gear in case you get the idiot that does not see you at the light
