So my front brakes were squeeking cause they were low, then when I changed them about 2 weeks ago, the squeeking went down, and now its back to squeeking the way they they did when they were low. Does anyone know what this could be??

What type of brake pads did you use? If you use sintered pads, they are known to squeak. EBC HH sintered on my F4 do squeek a little at low speeds.

new pads usually do make some noise at slow speeds try setting you brakes start at a dead stop apply full pressure then work you way up 10 mph applying hard pressure as hard as you can to a complete stop with out locking the wheels up do this for the front and back brakes from 10mph to about 50mph this will set the brakes in to your rotors, when you put on new pads on old rotors setting them will transfer the groves from the rotors to the pads this will do away with alot of noise and help you to stop better if you have already done this try applying the brakes while doing a slow circle both directions this helped on mine hope it helps you
