I noticed that my headlight dim when I come to a stop sign or light, but when I ride they are normal low beam. Could it be my battery is going to die or my regulator? (97 CBR600 F3)

mine trickles a little at around 1k rpm and is fine any other time, i think its just cuz of the low revs

Its normal, if you light goes bright as you you raise the revs, then you don''t have a problem.
