i cant seem to find any F1 pipes. would a later modle cbr600 Pipe fit?

you didn''t find any on ebay? other model years after 1990 don''t fit right up but they could work with some imagination.

this one is pretty complete. there is a kerker but it is missing the midpipe.

well i was having a hard time finding much for the f1''s on fleabay

there is a brand new full kerker exhuast on ebay for sale going for 500 clams.

otherwise you roptions are "ghetto", aftermarket slip-on cans, or the limited full exhausts, or a combination thereof.
