Fast enough for a first bike. Ride safe.

what are you getting for $2100? what condition is it in? fast is relative. and so is light. compared to today''s bikes, they are underpowered and overweight but will still get you into trouble real fast if you don''t respect them. if you want to learn how to ride, this is a good bike to start on. if you want to go fast, don''t get this bike. if you want to learn how to go fast, then this would be a good bike to start on. depending on the condition of the bike, it can be a real find or a real headache. most problems are either electrical or fueling.

If this is your first bike it''''s PLENTY fast enough. If it''''s running right it will do 1/4 miles in high 10s/low 11s. It''''s got plenty of power to scare the crap out of you if you don''''t know what you''''re doing. And you don''''t know what you''''re doing just yet. And yes, these bikes will go way over 100 when they''''re running right. You just have to think about -what- might happen if some important part of your 21 year old motorcycle decides to break when you''''re going 130 miles an hour. It''''s a lot different than going fast in a car. So be careful! If it''''s your first bike I think you''''ll love it.

I agree. $2100 is high. It better be showroom new at that price. I think average value is closer to $1500 for a cane.

^ +1 to that. That''s the high-end of the market for this bike. I bet no one has made any offers b/c its listed too high. Make an offer for like $1500, see what they say.

well thank you very much guys. he mentioned something like the Previous owner broke the guage cluster and had to replace it with one that said more miles than what it was. so basicly it has less than 13,000 then. and he said it has 2 small scuffs and other wise its a nice bike.
