OK so today after work I wanted to shine the bike up alittle bit so I took it to the car wash, like I have done sevral times, I usually just lightly go over the bike with the power washer. I dont know how it happend but my power commander got soaked, so it felt like my bike was olny running on 1 piston, it was bellowing white smoke ,and went through a gallon of gas in about 5 miles. when I got home i took it apart let it dry, it runs alot more normal except there is still alot more white smoke than normal. So I dont know what I should do, my power commander is a tfi I dont thnk that it hooks up to a pc, or i did not see a usb port, can any one tell me how to get my girl back to normal?

I would try completely unhooking it from the bikes main harness. If it ran that poorly though you may have fouled out your plugs too.

yeah, first step is to disconnect it and see where you stand.

with cell phones,  if you submerge them, you can disconnect the battery, and put it in a bowl of uncooked white rice to soak the water out of it before it corrodes and does damage to the phone''s electronics.

it shuold work with a pc as well.  try that

I know my plugs went out recently, and it sounded like a lawnmower and ran like shit...... couldnt find the plugs no cheaper than 17.99 a piece so about 70.00 bucks later she was tight. You should definatly take a plug out to check it out.

If you do replace the plugs, NGK iridiums on ebay are about 10 bucks a piece. sounds like it just needed to dry though
