Is it a CBR 1000RR or a CBR600 F4I. There is not a CBR1000 F4i. It sounds too good to be true, so be careful.

That is one hell of a deal! Go for it if the bike is mechanically sound.

Unless he did a conversion on it it had a different tail end because 2004 had a single seat.

Also consider that the F4i isn''t the best choice to learn on if this is your first bike or don''t have any experience. quote:

Find out why he did the conversion, for looks only or was it wrecked and then put together with whatever he could find. FYI, most people do find the split seat like that more desirable than the single seat like mine. Good luck.

It should say the year on the sticker on the frame next to the gas tank in the first picture. I believe it would be a 2001-2003, they went to a banana seat in 2004. Like I said, more people like the split seat like that bike than seat like mine, so if everything is in order, it sounds like a nice bike. Everything else looks stock except for the ugly red handgrips, I think it is not a converted 04 because the bike still has the stock turnsignals and mudflap, if someone was goint to change the tail, they wouldn''t leave that other stuff stock.
