Yeah i feel you.... I'm just glad he didn't catch me hittin' the 161mph mark... I don't know if it would have made a difference. It might have made him think twice about even trying to catch me. Man i'm just regretting that i didn't see him and that i slowed down.

lol i would have crapped my pants if i saw a cop when i was going that fast. i haven't gotten any tickets going that fast, just speeding in school zones which costed me like $300. out here i think its attempted manslaughter when you're going over 100mph or some BS like that.

I guess I got off easy. I got caught doing 130 by a state boy in MI and he just let me go, no ticket just thanked me for stopping.

During thanksgiving, I got caught going 105 in 55 work zone at 5 o'clock rush hour traffic and doing wheelies. lol got off also with a verbal warning and that he was glad that I didn't run.

One of my other friends got caught going 145 in a 55 zone out in the country. My friend handed the cop his license and registrations, then 3 ATV's zoomed by doing wheelies and the cop goes "Looks good, have a nice day" and gets back in his car and chases the ATV's down.

you got lucky man, me and 3 riding buddies hit the local long sweeping curves and got busted doing 75 in a 45, (course i remember 90mph before i hit the brakes...but anyway) i was the only guy who pulled over...he flew right by me and went after the other guys. A few days later we catch up with each other....2 lost thier bikes all three got caught! charges were agressive fleeing and eludeing(spelling?), speeding over 130mph, wreckless endangerment (one had a passenger) and a shopping list of others...dont aske me why but all of them gave up the run too fast i guess. i got lucky for being the only one who pulled over...think before you run guys....

I've done 140mph in my '91 Mustang while in AZ. Glad I didn't get caught, 'cause I heard that wreckless driving is anything over 85mph over there.

It's a Japanese motor (Mitsubishi), but what he had it in would be a better question...

In MA they don't even move if your going over prob 120. They radio ahead is all, so if we blast by a cop going that fast we get off at the next out of site exit from him. In MA they screw you if your going 15 over the speed limit or 100, may as well go out in style.

You def got off easy, especially if you didn't get the "you could have killed yourself or someone else" speech.

Maybe the female judge was a sucker for motorcycles back in her day!

in florida last year my cousin was riding over to my house on his 636.. he ended up being chased by the cops... he had 4 cops and a helicopter after him. they said he was going about 150 and he realized he wouldnt be able to lose the heli and pulled over. the cop asked him what he was thinking and he said he didnt even see them. then the cop said "well pay attention to whats behind you" and let him go!! now thats lucky.
