So I have track fairings and i''m debating whether or not to cut them to put in these 2 projector fogs I got from autozone or the original stock headlight. (Which if someone has for sale PLZ let me know) How good is the output with the stock headlight? These foglights aren''t great...but they will do if need be. I know mounting them up will be tons harder than the original light would

I''ve found the headlight on mine to be about average, that is, it does a reasonable job. You have to consider wot type of riding (in the dark) your going to do, fog lights are not designed for beam (light) dispersion & distance the way a headlight lens is. I know a lot of fellow riders change the bulbs for better output & some go for the conversion to twin lenses. You gotta consider the safety aspect, I would not do it myself.

Yeah it''s very obvious these are not headlights, but they deffinetely do the job. I will have to put some different bulbs though as these are yellow and it''s kinda like wtf. I''m still debating on picking up the stock headlight...

Some people go as far as taking a Hid light projector off of a bmw and mod it into the housing. That sounds like a lot of work and money.
