yeah i have an 06 1000rr misses some times for 10 seconds and sometimes for ten minute ride bought with 1800mi now has 3700mi in 2 months not easy on it but isn''t it a little low milage for spark plugs to be going out tried to check spark plugs but can''t get intake air cowl under headlight the one with the valve any ideas

Changing the plugs is a major deal on this bike. If you look inside the cowl where the flapper valve is there are bolts that hold the front part of the ram air in place. Also you need to pull the radiator bolts out and move it toward the front tire and then you will be able to move the ram air slightly forward and just enough room to get the plugs out. Make sure to disconnect all the hoses on the top of the ram air.
