more than he can afford lol thats a hard 1 to answer, suppoe it depends if the cashis there and giving your eyes the come on lol. here in Venezuela we have a big difference tovalue than everywhere else. wework out at $1 is BsF2.15. so mine cost me just over $2800 to buy and another $2000+ pumped into making it what it is now. so i guess if i had an offerof around $5500 to $6000 over here i would take it. NOT! lol if you want agood return on your bike come and sell it here for twice what it should be. it will soon go.

Geez MT... you always up to some simple questions but hard to answer don''t you?? And this question regarding $$ that will make me to bleed.... The price of a superbike is a bomb in my country. Just think about 250% import tax plus duty tax plus this fees plus that fees.. Of coz if I can get for the price that I bought, I will be very happy indeed. Not to say I don''t love her anymore but just couldn''t resist of all the modern litre bikes around. But then, thinking about the whole new repayment which definately going to be high makes me to love her even more....

And like I said, sounds like yours is a true beast on two wheels. Sometimes certain things, you just cannot put a price on.

rare is not the word here! we have the same duty as dinez74 here, i had a VFR750 before this and there was only ever 50 of them in the country!, some toerag stole that from me and wrapped it into the nearest crash barrier! what a waste! i just looked at a new CBR100 here and can you believe it! the price in $$$$$ is so much i may come to the states and buy 1 there! it worked out to just over $39,000!!!!!!! thats why i can ask such a high price for mine lol. but Yamaha are more expensive still! a new R1 goes for $51,500. how unreal is that! and thanks MT, it is a beast, but stilllots to do when i can find the stuff lol

MT Wallet, Well it''s a carzy world out there when it comes to the price of a scoot. My R/W/B RR is not for sale just like a couple of others. But here is what I mean, as crazy, my 1979 CBX like all CBXs have not become a "Collectors Status" bike as of yet. The prices for the Candy Glory Red getting up there to the point of some now selling for around 10 to 15k. Now the crazy part is I could part mine out for over 20K. I also have a complete set of new tins in the factory boxes that I could put up on greedbay and bring home 7K for them, the other big dollar item is the orginal exhaust system in mint condition can pull down 5 to 6K. So one would figure OK the scoot should bring in 18 to 20k but until it reaches a "Collectors Status" I don''t believe as a whole scoot will bring in 20k untill that Status is in place. Could be wrong, have been in the past, will be in the future... LOL I spent over two years looking at and walking away from 1993 R/W/B 900RR''s to fine the one I was looking for. I wanted one from the orginal owner with less than 10,000 miles. Well I managed to find one from the orginal owner with 10,400 miles. I ended up with a good deal as I have seen them today still selling for more than I picked mine up for, and I have had her for two years now.

I''m glad you enjoy your bike as much as I do! I personally could not sell this bike for any price. I might do a straight trade, but only for another 900rr that was cleaner than mine and that had less mileage. maybe. quote:
