Ok heres the problem. Last week i noticed a clunk sound coming from the front end when i would stop and then accelerate. I thought nothing. So yesterday i was riding and it clunked and the steering kinda jerked when it did it. Now it is more and more constant so i quit riding until its fixed. I mean i could see the handlebars jerk when it made the clunking noise. So i assume its the steering head bearings. I order the part. I get the front wheel off and i notice that the RH wheel bearing is in pieces inside the wheel. Go figure. So my question is should i just replace the wheel bearing, or could it still be the steering head bearings? I was just gonna say to hell with it and replace them both cause i already bought the head bearings but i really dont wanna take the whole front end off if i dont have to.

I would start with the wheel bearing first. Since you already have the steering head bearing, hold on to it until you know for sure what the problem is, which it sounds like the wheel bearing. No sense tearing down the bike and loosing valuable ride time if you don''t have to.
