just wondering if anyone has done this and how hard is it? Is it just disconnecting the axel, sprocket, etc and pulling the swing arm and reattaching or is there more to it?

Any pro/cons of doing it? I''ve seen people doing it and was just wondering from the guys here.

Thanks!
